Description

A truly breathtaking piece of antique jewellery, typical of Early 20th Century design and craftsmanship. Backed in Gold and traditionally set in Silver it boasts fabulous quality gems and sumptuous attention to detail.

The central Sapphire is a gorgeous Royal Blue, and surrounded by White Old European Cut Diamonds. The shoulders feature delicate Fleur De Lys designs, also set with Old Cut Diamonds of comparable high quality.

A highly ornate item, this would have been owned only by the extremely wealthy, as the materials used are superb quality and would therefore have been vastly expensive. The diamonds alone are at least 1.5 Carats in weight. There is a tiny repair under the head which was carried out many years ago and was obviously by a professional, however this has affected the price. Other than that it is in remarkable condition.
