Occasionally confused with Deep Blue Sapphire, Tanzanite is identifiable by its attractive and vibrant flashes of violet and purple which can give the gemstone a "colour-change" appearance.

Set in 14 Carat White Gold, these particular Tanzanite earrings are surrounded by an octagonal setting encrusted with White Brilliant Cut Diamonds, and suspended from a Seven stone Diamond Bar.

The total Diamond content is almost .40 Carats, and at 0.75" (2cm) in length they are extremely elegant.
