Description
Not
only is this a very unusual piece in terms of it's design,
it is also one of the few remaining Victorian
rings which has retained it's original hallmark
and date letter which dates it to Chester 1898.
The
unusual scrolled open work setting is slightly elliptical
in shape and is complimented by the simplicity of the column
shoulders. The Diamonds are oval Old European Cut
and have an approximate total weight of .50 Carats.
They are all closed back in 18 Carat Yellow Gold so
have a slightly tinted look, and their clarity is approximately
SI-P1.
Despite
it's lack of wear it is a really tactile piece which sits
very flat on the finger.
It
is a UK size K1/2, US approx 5.75
Price:
£995.00 (approx $1,490.00 USD)
