We can always provide more accurate condition reports on all of the items and are happy to provide you with further photographs and details to aid your decision. We understand how difficult purchasing from the internet can be (not to mention how daunting!) and are always available to help with any questions or queries.

 

 
We always give our honest opinions on all pieces, and are happy to provide you with insurance valuations for all purchases. Once you are happy with your decision to purchase we accept payment in the following ways:

UK & International:

Purchases can be made quickly and easily using any major Credit/Debit Card or Directly from your Bank Account by using our secure online payment procedure, as hosted by Paypal. Payment can be made in any currency where Paypal is accepted (please ask us or check our FAQ page for currency conversion).

UK Only:

Heirloom Jewellery can accept Credit/Debit card via Paypal, we also accept Cheques, Money Orders, Postal Orders or Direct Transfer (only Sterling accepted.) If sending Money or Postal orders we recommend sending them recorded delivery as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for postal losses. Cheques require 7 working days for clearance.

Please do not hesitate to contact us at any point for updates.

If you are unhappy at any point with the details of your order, or if you have any enquiries before placing an order just drop us a line! Orders are usually processed and posted within 2 working days, however if for any reason there is a delay with your order you will receive an email from one of our staff. Rings which require sizing may take several days longer.

Postage:

Postage charges depend upon the value of the item(s) you are purchasing and obviously whether you are from within or outside the UK. All items are sent fully insured therefore the cost is dependent entirely on Royal Mail rates. We can provide quotations prior to ordering if this causes any concern. Your item will be delivered together with a delivery note detailing the particulars of your order and also stating our address and contact details. In the unlikely event that there are any problems please notify us immediately to qualify for a refund. For more information on refunds please see the FAQ page.

Layaway Plans:

Due to demand we are now offering flexible layaway plans for all items featured on the website (cabinet stock not included.) For more information please do not hesitate to contact us.

View and Purchase:

After almost three wonderful years at Windsor House Antiques Centre in Moreton-In-Marsh at the centre of the beautiful Cotswolds, (www.windsorhouse.co.uk) and Durham House Antiques Centre in the centre of the historic town of Stow-on-the-Wold, (www.durhamhousegb.com) we regret that we were forced to close our cabinets due to a robbery which resulted in the loss of vast quantities of our stock.

For this reason, Heirloom Jewellery now operates on a web only basis, therefore our items can unfortunately no longer be viewed "in the flesh."

However, despite the fact that we no longer display there, both Windsor House and Durham House remain unequalled in quality and are always worth paying a visit.

We appreciate how difficult buying on the web can be and can only express our deepest apologies and regrets.

The most important thing to remember is that we are here to help at any time.
