Sumptuous
Art Deco Silver Pocket Cigarette Case featuring Superbly
Enamelled Cover.
The Hand painted and classically erotic scene, depicting
an Arabic man revealing his slave maiden is not only
Superb Quality and in Perfect Condition but is also
Highly Collectable due to its genre.
The reverse is traditionally engine turned whilst the
inside (which is exceptionally clean) bears the hallmark
for Birmingham, UK; the date letter for 1932 and makers
initials R.P. The case measures 3.5" (approx 85mm)
in length.
This fabulous piece is a later Art Deco era reproduction
of a Victorian Cigarette Case, originally manufactured
in Europe and reproduced in Birmingham some 30 years
later.

Sterling Silver and Guilloche Enamel hand painted powder
compact. Hallmarked Birmingham, England in 1902 it also
bears the makers initials M&J. A collectable piece
it boasts fabulous Guilloche enamelling over an engine
turned lid accented with a floral display.
Complete with original powder puff and remnants of powder.
Measures approx 2" in diameter.
Condition:
Lovely. Original, some slight scuffing to edge of enamel
but this is hardly noticeable.

In collectable condition it features Reeded bands and
a delicately engraved monogram which is rubbed but reads
"MM". It is Hallmarked London, 1809 and measures
3.75" in height.
Condition: Fair. Some small dinks visible consistent
with age. However the Spout is perfect which makes this
a collectable item as they are so often damaged/altered.

Eye-catching
Large
Victorian Rectangular Jewel Box with Heavily Embossed
Decoration to the lid. Chic Brass Edging (and button)
around both lid and base accentuate it's high quality
and style. Features a fitted red suede interior with
defined ring spacers. Hallmarked London 1890. Indistinct
Makers Mark. This is a very substantial piece which
is not only aesthetically superb but also incredibly
heavy, a sure sign of quality.
Condition: One or two very minor dinks to sides.
Otherwise excellent condition. The catch works perfectly.

embossed with scrollwork depicting shells, flowers,
vines and leaves. Made in Birmingham & Dated 1890.
Makers mark DF which we believe was used by James Swan
of Birmingham. 3.25" d.
Condition:
Generally Good. There is a small repair to the tip of
the pie crust edge which was obviously carried out some
time ago. However this is not serious enough to detract
from the piece in any way.
