A
really gorgeous example of Victorian canetille
work, these lovely earrings are decorated with curving leaf
design panels, Pear and Round Cut Rock Crystals
and delicate canetille decoration.
Complete
with their original leather box they are
solid gold (unmarked) and remain in excellent
condition. They have a really gorgeous patina to
them, which unfortunately looks a little dark in the photos.
Obviously this may not be to everyone's taste and although
we felt it was a lovely indicator of the age and life of the
earrings this can be carefully cleaned away in our workshop
should the buyer prefer. We have opted to leave the decision
entirely in the hands of the next owner.
