Lovely
Victorian Rose Gold Locket, featuring a single
row of Split Pearls surrounding a central
circular portrait/photo panel.
The
reverse also has a glass panel to the centre, and is engraved
with the words:
"MVR
1803"
This
was more than likely the initials and birth year of someone
who had a close relationship with the original owner.
Suspended
from an 18.5" long 9 Carat belcher link chain
it remains in excellent condition.
