so many others, this gorgeous Art Nouveau
necklace is completely original and is circa
1905.
It's
ornate design is typically Art Nouveau, with the gently curving
fans of 15 Carat Gold lending a very naturalistic
feel to an otherwise highly stylised piece. The piece is decorated
with fabulous pear cut and round
cut Garnets, accentuated by two large split
Pearls and further Pearls set into the fan design
links.
The
piece terminates with fine figaro link chain.
A
superb quality and rare piece in excellent
condition.
Measures
19" in length. The central drop measures 1.75" max.
