Description
Beautifully
made and stunning quality, this fabulous Victorian bracelet
is not only solid 18 Carat Gold but has also
retained its original hallmark for Chester, 1897.
It
is so rare to find an example such as this;
most bracelets of this age are 9 carat Gold and more often
than not are hollow links. It is even more unusual to find
one with a full hallmark.
The
Turquoise Matrix cabochons are indicative of jewellery
of this time which was becoming increasingly influenced by
Nouveau inspired naturalism and the simplicity of Arts &
Crafts designs.
The
solid elongated curb links make for a very
heavy piece of jewellery.
A
really fabulous find, and in excellent condition.
It
measures a maximum of 8" in length but can be worn shorter.
