ornate 9 Carat Gold wire work and high quality
articulated sections either side of the main Peridot set design,
this piece is smaller in scale than many surviving pieces
which serve to make this more unusual and
therefore more desirable. It also means this
necklace is far more wearable than others,
an important factor to consider when purchasing antique jewelry.
It
has retained its original 16" fitted trace chain (complete
with barrel clasp) and is hallmarked to the reverse with a
traditional 9ct plaque.
