This
is really beautiful piece, boasting exquisite Rubies
and dazzling Old Cut Diamonds.
It
is a typically Victorian piece, set in 18 Carat Gold
with elongated claw shoulders encasing two of the Rubies.
The gems are all magnificent quality and
boast a total Diamond weight of approx .24 Carats
and Ruby weight of approx .15 Carats.
Despite
retaining it's full hallmark, the place mark
has been worn and is difficult to decipher. Therefore although
the date letter remains it is impossible to know which UK
city this refers to. This is the only area of wear on an otherwise
perfect piece.
